Emyrson Flora auditioned for American Idol season 20. She will take the stage on March 21 in front of judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie. Discover more about her below with these five facts.
1) She is 16 years old and a junior in high school. Her birthday is on August 7, so she will turn 17 this year (in 2022).
2) During her time filming American Idol, she made lots of friends. Among them are musicians Ryleigh Madison and Danielle Finn. She wrote: “The first episode of idol airs in officially TWENTY SEVEN DAYS!!! so excited and thankful for this opportunity…february 27th on abc and hulu💙”
3) Emyrson, who also goes by Emmy, has a TikTok account. She has over 10,000 followers and 12,000 likes. It’s also where she posts snippets of her singing. Check out one video below.
