Get to Know Them with 5 Fun Facts

1) Duane Myko, Chef Jumoke Jackson, and Danita Jones founded Everything Legendary. Duane grew up vegan, Jumoke’s a well-known chef, and Danita’s all about health food. Together they formed their company.

2) The first product they’ll launch is the Legendary Burger. The vegan burger is made of hemp protein but tastes just like beef. It’s also soy and gluten-free.

3) The unique thing about their burger is the flavor range. Its comes in original, or infused with cheddar, cayenne pepper cheese, or pepper jack cheese. All cheeses are vegan, of course.

4) They came from humble beginnings. The trio began with pop-up shops, and then moved onto street festivals. Their flavorful burgers became huge hits, so they made it into a full-fledged business.

5) A part of Duane’s mission is to empower youth. He began the Should Could Dream tour which aims to help young people uncover their potential. The company’s mission is to deliver quality plant-based food that’s accessible.

So, will that mission inspire the sharks too? Will Everything Legendary land a deal? Find out when Shark Tank airs on Feb. 26 at 8 PM ET, only on ABC.
