The Short Dance film which surprised and delighted many Olivia Jade and Val fans hit the YouTube airwaves the day after Thanksgiving. It showcases Olivia and Val who were former dance partners on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars in addition to a number of other dance professionals. Many are curious if Lori Loughlin is the emcee for the video which was posted to YouTube.
They take you back to the disco era in a Saturday Night Fever type of setting the duo are next up on the stage. The video opens with disco dancers taking the floor to the backdrop of an emcee’s voice.
The emcee says, “Alright alright alright everyone. It is our last performance of the night. The final couple in our disco dance challenge..
[Cut to Olivia and Val at the bar.]
Val: Are you ready champ?
Olivia: I don’t think I can do this.
Back to the emcee: “Please welcome Olivia Jade and Val to the floor.”
Looks like they have no choice but to dance!
So is Lori Loughlin the emcee in Olivia Jade and Val’s new video?
It looks like it’s none other than Olivia Jade’s mother, actress Lori Loughlin.
As she has begun to take part in more acting projects, she is carefully returning to acting. This includes the revival of her role from Hallmark’s “When Calls the Heart” spinoff which will be airing on the Great American Country Channel (GAC). The special is aptly titled “When Hope Calls: A Country Christmas.”
