American Idol airs its last round of auditions this week. One new contestant who will take the stage is Luana Sandoval. We’ve got five facts on the American Idol hopeful for you below. So, keep reading to learn more about Luana.
1) Luana has always had a passion for making it big in Hollywood. According to her IMDB bio, her goal is to use her background in acting and singing to obtain roles in TV/film.
2) She’s starred in a couple pandemic PSAs for Film Labs Presents. She’s also worked as a production assistant.
3) Luana is based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Because of the Music City’s vibe, she’s always inspired to create more material.
Bonus Fact: She spoke on a panel for International Women’s Day. She was invited by Forbes Riley. Pretty amazing, right?
4) Get this: she owns a record label! Luna Star Records is the name. You can follow the company on Instagram here. Luana owns a studio in Nashville under the same moniker. They offer voice lessons, songwriting, and dance.
5) She used to live in New York City. But, Dolly Parton inspired her to move to Nashville for music. For instance, Luana auditioned for Dollywood Entertainment.
