If you or someone you know has a dairy allergy or is lactose intolerant, finding treats can be tricky. That’s where Must Love comes in. The company was featured on Shark Tank in season 13, and presented non-dairy ice cream to the sharks. Find out more about the product below with these five facts. Plus, get an update as to where they are now.

5 Facts About Must Love from Shark Tank

1) Hannah Hong and Mollie Cha founded Must Love ice cream. They were actually friends in college, and together, launched their “nice cream” brand.

2) Their ice cream is a vegan, plant-based alternative to the traditional treat. The secret is using ingredients like oats and bananas to create delicious ice cream. Sweet flavors are made by using fruit.

3) Just before appearing on Shark Tank, Hannah and Mollie launched a collection of plant-based sprinkles to compliment the ice cream. The sharks really enjoyed their product. Even Mr. Wonderful (Kevin O’Leary), who’s not the biggest vegan fan, said it tasted great!

4) In their episode (1309), they asked for $600,000 for 7.5% equity. Their sales were $1 million year-to-date. But, their high valuation raised a few eyebrows from the sharks. Course, Mollie and Hannah had secured shelf space at retailers like Whole Foods.

5) Currently, they have ice cream pints, sprinkles, and bars in flavors like double chocolate chip, cashew cookie, and banilla (vanilla made from bananas). Dipped bars also come in flavors like dipped strawberry. Shop individual flavors and bundles on their website.
