Who is Cecil Ray from American Idol?

1) Cecil Ray is a singer and musician. He can play the guitar.

3) He’s definitely got a bit of a country vibe going on. He’s often rocking boots in promotional photos on his Facebook page. It goes along with his Texas roots. If you go by his Instagram bio, he’s the “not so typical, typical Texan!”
