American Idol continues its audition process this week. One new contestant that will take the stage is Celeste Butler. We’ve got five facts about the American Idol hopeful below. So, keep reading to learn more about Celeste.
1) Celeste has performed with Diana Ross and Chaka Khan. She’s performed at the famous Hollywood Bowl.
2) She’s an actress. Celeste also founded Creation Against Barriers (CAB). It’s a production company offering services to events in music, fashion, etc.
3) She’s a community advocate. Celeste believes in giving back. She’s involved in youth programs and theater in her community too.
4) Did we mention she’s a two-time USC graduate? Celeste graduated in 2018 and 2019.
5) According to her website, her ongoing goal is to “educate, uplift, and inspire.” We’d say she’s done a pretty good job thus far.
