Did They Get a Deal?

Yes. Fried Green Tomatoes was offered a deal by sharks Daymond John and Barbara Corcoran. Despite Daymond’s offer, Cooper agreed to Barbara’s offer of $200,000 for a 30% stake. Her goal was to help them expand the reach into big box stores.

However, it doesn’t appear that the deals with big box stores ever went through. The official website only offers their batter mix and products through their own website.

5. Update on Fried Green Tomatoes on Shark Tank

The company has a small presence online with only 5 posts on Instagram, and 350 followers. However, their Facebook page has about 2900 followers and is definitely more active. It looks like they are quite excited about their new products. Finally, you could find their food truck at the Tennessee Wilson County Fair according to the official Facebook page.
