About the Founders

1) Adrian Zhang and Justine Tiu began this startup company with only a $200 investment. Now, the business is worth $5 million! The duo have only been in business for 2 years and so for them to make this much money is impressive!

2) Their main selling point is that they make kits that allow people to learn how to crochet. You can make different animals, including a bunny, lion, elephant, bear, fox, penguin and many more. There are also different levels: beginner, intermediate and limited edition. Bundle packs of 3-4 crochet kits are available too.

3) Adrian and Justine really thought of the consumer when they were creating these kits. Each kit has a yarn needle, pre-started yarn, a crochet hook and of course, step-by-step instructions. The yarn is made from 75% cotton and 25% nylon; prices range from $25-100.

4) Accessories, gifts, crafts for kids, etc. are also available on their website. Woobles is available on Amazon too.

5) You can follow Woobles on Facebook, Pinterest, or Instagram. The episode of Shark Tank they’ll appear on is episode 2 of season 14. The company posted to Instagram about the show, writing: “We never thought we’d get this far in 2 years. Thank you to all the Wooblers out there for believing in us ❤️ See you on Shark Tank this Friday, 9/30 at 8pm!”
