Myself Belts Update

1) Talia Goldfarb invented the product. She pitched on Shark Tank‘s sixth season, and asked for $60,000 For 10%. The deal she got was $75,000 For 25% with Daymond John, according to Shark Tank Blog.

2) In an update episode of Shark Tank in season 7, Talia’s company was one of 4 company represented at a conference Daymond hosted about internet sales. The other companies Myself Belts were with at the conference were Bombas, Sunstaches, and Cozy Bugs.

3) The idea for the product came about from Talia’s toddler, who was moving away from diapers. Talia needed a self-tightening belt for her kid, and thus the idea was born from her St. Louis living room. Fast forward, and her company’s been featured in US Weekly, Forbes, and People. Celebrities like Cindy Crawford and Tori Spelling sing their praises too!

4) They are user friendly, quick, fashionable, and functional belts. Sizes range from kid, to teen and adult. Sports themes, patterns like camouflage, and neutrals like black and brown are among the variety of styles. You can shop on their website or on Amazon. There’s even a store locator so you can see if the belts are available in your state.

5) Currently, they have a new slide-on pouch to put your mask in. Talia’s company is doing $5 million in annual revenue. Daymond’s even selling Myself Belts as part of his Shop.com collection, along with his other Shark Tank ventures.
