Antonella Nester is a program host from QVC. She has had a miraculous journey in life and we’re going to highlight her in this article. From her hit segments to her sparkling personality, it’s no wonder she’s so well-known at the popular shopping network. Most recently, you have seen her with her QVC friend, Lisa Robertson as they worked together on Lisa’s online boutique. Learn more about Antonella below with these facts.
1) You might be surprised to learn that Antonella’s original job was in medical technology. According to her LinkedIn, she attended Penn State University and worked in the field for five years.
2) However, in 2004, her fascination with all things fashion paid off when she began working with QVC. Her on-air segments quickly became popular. Nester went on to present accessories and clothing, for which she became known.
3) Unfortunately, Antonella had a setback in 2020 when she was let go from QVC due to restructuring. Then, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and leukemia and underwent chemo. She’s been dealing with these diseases for over 2 years, but she’s shown improvements in energy and her hair has grown back since being in remission. Nester documented her journey on YouTube.
4) Despite her diagnoses, Antonella continued to rally. She began broadcasting on JTV, or JewelryTV via YouTube and discussed all things jewelry and accessories. This is what she focuses on now for work.
5) Antonella is married to husband Chris. To help with her chemo and radiation, they actually ended up selling their PA home and now they live on a boat. However, the two seem to love the lifestyle and living on the sea. Boat life suits them since they love exploring and traveling the country.
