According to the Nanahats.com website, this company was a random idea he wrote in his journal when he always felt there was a race against time to eat his bananas before they went brown. Plus he wanted a cute solution!

The owner and creator of Nana Hats is Sean Adler.
Who is Sean Adler, owner of Nana Hats?
Sean Adler is the 35 year old owner of the company. He is from San Diego, California and recently married. Adler married Amanda on August 31, 2019. They live together with a really cute dog!
He is very excited to be on Shark Tank, you can see how he feels about it in the video below.
1. The product comes in two different sizes, standard for 1 – 3 bananas and the large for 4+ bananas.
2. They have many different styles of hats for the bananas including the unicorn, the octopus, monkey, shark, watermelon, and pirate.
3. It is the perfect way to keep bananas from going all brown and rotten. Nobody likes a dark mushy banana!
4. They have a partnership with Uncommongoods and are selling their product on the ecommerce shop.
5. The company also saw a big win when they were chosen for the Today Show to be demonstrated on their “Why Didn’t I Think of That? Cool Gadgets” segment.

Today, they have a total of 13 products. There are 11 hats and 2 sizes of silicone caps for the bananas. These silicone caps can be covered by the hats.
When you buy one of the hats, it comes with the standard size silicone caps.
