Even though Float Baby made waves on Shark Tank season 7, there was no deal made on the show. But, entrepreneur Kristi Ison didn’t let that deter her. After walking away from the tank empty-handed, her baby spa business is still booming. Find out what she’s been up to below with this update.

5 Facts About Float Baby

1) Kristi came into the tank asking for $150,000 for 20%. When no sharks bit at the offer, no deal was made. Kristi’s an expert in the subject of soothing babies: as a certified infant infant massage instructor, she wanted to have a method for little ones 2 weeks to 18 months. Enter: her “baby spa,” Float Baby.

2) The patented ring suspends babies in the water for 20-30 minutes so they can splash around with their parents or guardians. Afterwards, they get treated to a warm towel and massage. The benefits of these kinds of treatments are: a strengthened respiratory system, improved blood flow, and enhanced cognition.

4) The website is still active to this day, with newer rules and regulations from the pandemic in place. They even sell baby skin products, from oil to bath treatment. In addition to that, they expanded to include a “Posh Petite Spa” for ages 3-8. Everything from nails to other grooming habits are covered, and they’re treated to robes and lemonade.
